Bollywood Pays Tribute To Shashi Kapoor Who Passes Away
Shashi Kapoor, the veteran actor, passed away in Mumbai after fighting a chronic kidney disease. He was 79 years old. He has been on dialysis for several years informed Ranbir Kapoor to the media outside Kokilaben Hospital. Shashi Kapoor is one of the most revered actors of Bollywood. The actor is the youngest son of Prithviraj Kapoor and is survived by his three children Kunal Kapoor, Karan Kapoor and Sanjana Kapoor.
The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi paid his tribute to the versatile actor.
Shashi Kapoor’s versatility could be seen in his movies as well as in theatre, which he promoted with great passion. His brilliant acting will be remembered for generations to come. Saddened by his demise. Condolences to his family and admirers.
